Qiu Chuji suffered a lot when his parents died when he was young. /kloc-When he was 0/9 years old, he went to Xiayan Cave in Kunyu Mountain to practice. In September of the following year, I heard that Wang Zhongyang, a Taoist priest from Shaanxi, went to Ninghai Prefecture to preach, so I went down to worship him as a teacher and became a disciple of Wang Zhongyang. With Xia Yandong as the center, I promoted the "integration of the three religions" in the surrounding areas. In eight years (1 168), Jin Dading completed the establishment of Quanzhen Sect with six disciples, including master Wang Zhongyang and Wang Zhongyang.

However, he "meditated, forgot his thoughts, studied the classic of Dan", devoted himself to health preservation and Taoism, and at the same time made friends with scholars extensively, gaining rich historical and cultural knowledge, thus forming the "Dragon School" of Quanzhen Taoism. In the 28th year of Jin Dading (1 188), in March, Qiu Chuji went to Yanjing (now Beijing) at the request of a letter. In addition to portraying Wang Zhongyang and Ma Danyang (who died at that time) as Guan 'an and hosting the "Spring Festival travel rush" event, he also gave Jin Shizong a warning of "holding on to profits and holding on to achievements".
