Second, personal learning methods
The first step in preparing for the interview is to buy the teaching materials of the interview subjects and familiarize yourself with the contents of the teaching materials. Because the interview is a random topic, you can familiarize yourself with the teaching materials in advance, so that you can take your time when choosing the topic, and then write a lesson plan. You can apply a template and have a basic framework. The weight of the lesson plan is very low. There are hundreds of structured answers in the question bank, so you don't have to memorize them all, and of course you can't remember them all. You are familiar with some real questions that are often tested in exams, and you should bring key knowledge points when you answer them. Basically enough to reflect the comprehensiveness and logic of the answer.
The second step is the trial. This classmate only practices a lot by himself, especially when studying. He usually sets an alarm clock at home, first against the wall, and then against his family. The content of the trial is based on your own teaching plan, and the teaching plan should not be too scribbled.
Try to talk about matters needing attention:
① Try not to make mistakes in the basic knowledge points of the subject. One of the following three examiners is a subject teacher. The basic knowledge points are wrong, and the interview is basically impossible.

Relax, be confident, and believe that you are no worse than anyone else. The interview is about psychological quality. Finally, the defense link, that is, the examiner's questions about his time content, are generally very simple and will not make things difficult for others. Many examiners are laughing. This alone does not mean that you will pass the interview, which often hides the knife in the smile.
