Civil servant interview process

In the interview of civil servants, the examination room process is roughly divided into five links, namely, drawing lots for exams, waiting for exams in interviews, starting to answer questions, leaving candidates and counting scores. It seems simple, but everyone has something to pay attention to in every link.

1. Review the lottery

(1) generally needs to arrive at the interview room about 30 minutes in advance.

(2) After the staff arrives for a certain period of time, we need to take the interview admission ticket, ID card and other materials to the staff's audit position for audit (the items with audit are strict, and electronic communication equipment such as mobile phones are not allowed to be brought into the preparation room. Generally, we can bring relevant books and materials, and all the temporarily confiscated items are kept by the on-site staff. Take it back when the candidate leaves)

(3) After the audit, enter the lottery session. According to the grouping situation, find the corresponding lottery box and draw lots. Generally speaking, there are also staff here. Once the lottery serial number is determined, it is not allowed to be exchanged again to ensure the fairness of the exam. Please keep this in mind.

2. Waiting for an interview for the exam

(1) After the lottery, wait for the exam in the designated area according to the instructions of the staff, and don't make any noise, so as not to leave a bad impression on the examiner who is drawing the lottery.

(2) It is suggested that you can review the hot topics that the teacher has talked about during this time, or the theory and answering ideas. Analytical methods, etc.

(3) You need to report to the staff when going to the toilet.

Start answering questions

(1) Just follow the instructor's instructions and knock on the right examination room.

(2) When knocking at the door, entering the door, sitting down, answering questions formally and leaving, you must pay attention to your gfd. Give priority to strengthening the sense of communication and keep it natural. If you greet the examiner, you can nod your head gently. Be careful not to make small moves when answering questions, but you can make some natural gestures and don't be particularly rigid.

4. Candidate withdrawal

(1) After answering the questions, you can wait for a minute or so temporarily, because in a few cases, the examiner will say, "Do candidates have anything to add?" Of course, even if you think about it, you should not add it. If we don't answer, we can leave.

(2) Quit and leave with the guide, and then retrieve the items.

5. Statistical scores

(1) is published in the form of report, and published in the form of which group and which number.

(2) After all the interviews, the results will be announced in official website, and you can check it.
