1. Players who have not celebrated 17 birthday (i.e. 17 years old or younger) will not be eligible for MSI. 2. Regional player identity requirements. Every player who participates in MSI must meet the requirements of the players in the division he represents. 3. Non-fist game employees. Team owners, managers, coaches, starters and substitutes (collectively referred to as "team members") shall not be Fist Games Co., Ltd. ("RGI"), League of Legends E-sports Alliance Co., Ltd. or their respective related personnel at the beginning of the MSI competition and at any time during the competition. "Related person" refers to any individual or entity that is directly or indirectly controlled by the owner of the fleet, or directly or indirectly controlled by other parties together with the owner of the fleet. "Control" refers to any entity that directly or indirectly has the power to direct or cause others to direct policies or management, including the power to directly or indirectly elect, appoint or authorize directors, officers, managers and entrusted managers.
