Is Tsinghua's on-the-job MBA exam difficult?

There are two main parts in applying for an on-the-job MBA in Tsinghua: an early interview and a written examination.

The pre-interview mainly examines the students' background materials and interview performance. If you can achieve excellent results in the previous interview, the corresponding written test results can be downgraded.

If the previous interview results are not good, the corresponding written test results will be higher.

Candidates applying for Tsinghua MBA program (part-time), Tsinghua Science and Technology Innovation MBA program (part-time) and Tsinghua Global MBA program (full-time) all need to participate in personal comprehensive quality interview. The total time is 25~30 minutes (including material preparation, interview communication, and judging time). Each interview classroom has five interview judges, who are generally composed of corporate executives, human resources executives and university teachers. On the day of the interview, the judges will draw lots for grouping, and the candidates will randomly draw lots to enter different interview classrooms and conduct interviews in different interview periods (different interview classrooms will be involved when there are multiple interview classrooms in the same project). During the interview, the jury will ask questions about the comprehensive situation of the candidates in combination with the application materials submitted by the candidates (the questions are not limited), and the candidates should show their comprehensive quality, management potential and ability to the interview judges.

Candidates who apply for global projects also need to take an English proficiency test in the form of an all-English dialogue, which lasts about 15 minutes to examine the candidates' comprehensive English ability.
