Selection method of housing demolition price evaluation institution

Legal analysis: First, select the "recommended" appraisal agency, the demolisher is in a dominant position in the whole demolition work, and the demolished person is in a subordinate position. The compensation obtained by the demolished person shall be paid by the demolished person, who has the right to pay compensation.

Second, the "lottery" selection of appraisal institutions When the demolisher and the demolished cannot reach an agreement on the selection of appraisal institutions, the demolition management department shall intervene.

Third, "optional" selection of appraisal institutions The so-called "optional" selection of appraisal institutions means that if the demolished person has disputes over the original appraisal report and still has objections after applying for review, the demolished person can choose the appraisal institutions that have been publicized and meet the conditions by himself, and re-make the appraisal report according to the same calculation standards.
