Chapter II Validity of Data Messages and Electronic Signatures in the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Electronic Signatures

Article 4 With the consent of the parties, data messages that meet the following conditions have the same effect as written forms:

(1) The content contained in the tangible expression;

(2) It can be printed, copied, transmitted or obtained by other means at any time.

Article 5 No unit or individual may deny the validity of an electronic signature without the consent of the parties concerned. Except as otherwise provided by law.

Article 6 An electronic signature that meets the following conditions is a secure electronic signature and has the same effect as other forms of signatures and signatures:

(1) can confirm the identity of the user;

(2) It can prove that the electronic signature is unique to the user;

(3) The signed electronic signature and data message cannot be tampered with, otherwise it can be detected;

Article 7 A data message signed by a secure electronic signature shall have the same effect as the original.

Article 8 Data messages signed by secure electronic signatures belong to users of secure electronic signatures.
