Redefining just-needed and non-just-needed, Quanzhou introduced a new real estate policy-precise regulation to ensure that just-needed houses are purchased.

The reporter learned from Quanzhou Housing and Construction Bureau that in order to stabilize land prices, housing prices and expectations, Quanzhou recently issued the "Notice on Further Improving the Regulation of the Real Estate Market", starting from real estate linkage, two-way regulation of supply and demand, real estate finance, housing security construction, market supervision and other aspects to promote the healthy development of the real estate market. The New Deal redefines just-needed and non-just-needed houses, increases the proportion of just-needed houses and the threshold of non-just-needed houses, and supports just-needed houses. (1) Licheng District, Fengze District and Quanzhou Development Zone registered households (husband and wife and minor children, the same below) have no housing in the central city of Quanzhou; It takes 12 months for the household registration outside the central city of Quanzhou to move in; If the divorce or house transfer is less than 12 months, calculate the number of houses under the family name before the divorce or house transfer.

② Pay social security, personal income tax and housing accumulation fund for one of three years in Licheng District, Fengze District and Quanzhou Development Zone, or apply for residence permit for more than three years, and the family has no room in the central city of Quanzhou.

③ In Licheng District, Fengze District and Quanzhou Development Zone, one of the social security, personal income tax and housing accumulation fund has been paid continuously for 6 months (it is not allowed to pay back), or the residence permit has been applied for more than 6 months, and the family has no housing in the central city of Quanzhou.

④ High-level talents in Quanzhou have been recognized as Grade VI and VII by Licheng District, Fengze District and Quanzhou Development Zone. They have paid one of the three items of social security, personal income tax and housing accumulation fund for six months, or have applied for residence permit for more than six months, and their families have no housing in the central city of Quanzhou.

(5) Taiwan Province compatriots who have applied for residence permits in Quanzhou can enjoy the same housing purchase policy for Quanzhou registered residents. Non-just-needed buyers must meet one of the following conditions:
