The guide card needs to provide materials.
Original and photocopy of Tour Guide Qualification Certificate 1 copy
Original labor contract and registration management certificate
Copy of ID card 1 copy
Registration Form for Application for Tour Guide Card in triplicate.
Issue IC card of tour guide card or Certificate of Tour Guide Qualification 1 certificate of tour guide relationship issued by the tourism department.
