The text "Crossing the Distant Mountains" is taken from Liu Xiang's autobiography "I am Liu Xiang" and included in the fourth lesson of Chinese Book 3. "The mountain in the distance" refers to Alan Johnson, who is one of the best men's 1 10 hurdles athletes in the world and has won the world championship four times. This paper tells the story of my first hurdling practice, aiming at Allen Johnson, working hard, and finally surpassing Allen Johnson to realize my dream. It shows the spirit of "I" persistence, fearlessness and pursuit of ideals.
