In August 2023, the US green card was scheduled.

In August 2023, there were two kinds of green card scheduling in the United States: priority cases based on employment and priority cases sponsored by families.

1, relative immigration category

Relative migration tables A, F 1 and F3 all moved forward by 17 days, and F2A moved backward by 1066 days. There is no timetable for the relative migration of tables B and F2A, and other categories have not changed. Form B of relative migration in August is open.

Due to the schedule of F2A in Table A, applicants/beneficiaries outside the United States need to wait for the priority date to be earlier than the date in the schedule before starting the consulate procedure. As Form B has not yet been arranged, applicants who submit I-485 applications for status adjustment in the United States will not be affected.
