China drew lots to get a list of four Japanese ships:

The first batch of compensation ships

Destroyers:, Chumei, Feng.

Coastal defense ships: Osaka, Haiphong 14, Haiphong 67, Haiphong 194, Haiphong 2 15.

Coastal defense ships: Ma Dui, Haiphong No.85, Haiphong 1 18, Haiphong 192, Haiphong 198 and Haiphong No.205.
