The advantage of this way is that children's reading has changed from casual browsing to more detailed reading. The form of the competition is suitable for the competitive psychology of middle school students, and excellent students will set an example for lazy students to imitate. As long as you persist, when reading becomes a habit, children can't stop.
Second, give children special reading time. The so-called special reading time refers to the time when students can read famous works according to their own wishes and interests. Because only by ensuring the reading time can students truly feel the pleasure of reading and regard books as friends. Teachers, especially Chinese teachers, should be willing to set aside time to read to their children. Although teachers have to perform teaching tasks in Chinese class, and sometimes they have to dance and express their intentions, we all know that the real improvement of Chinese literacy is inseparable from the quantity and quality of children's reading. If conditions permit, we should try to spare some time to guide children to read famous books. If possible, on the premise of completing the teaching task, set aside a class every week to arrange for students to read. This class is a paradise for students to read. It is not advisable to ask too many questions at first, so as not to affect children's interest.
Third, tell your favorite stories and feelings. Everyone has a desire to express himself, and middle school students have a stronger desire to express themselves. Good reading environment includes material environment and humanistic environment. We should make full use of the favorable resources of the school library and organize students to borrow books from the library regularly. You can also contact your classmates who have been admitted to local universities in the past and take them to visit the university library during the holidays. When children see books everywhere, they can't help but have a strong desire to read. If conditions permit, students can also be organized to set up their own class book corner, and teachers can share their books with students, so that everyone can exchange needed items and enjoy resources, which not only optimizes the educational environment, but also forms a good class spirit of unity, mutual assistance, interest in learning and enterprising.
Fifth, give play to the auxiliary role of multimedia. In the process of taking students to read A Dream of Red Mansions, I asked them to download the episodes of 87 TV series A Dream of Red Mansions. During the break, the children should do whatever they want, but the classroom always echoes with the episode of A Dream of Red Mansions. After a long time, many children can slowly hum along, slowly recite the lyrics inside, and then really listen. When explaining the verdict, most children have no strangeness and strong interest, which has played a very good role in stimulating interest.
