EMBA interview usually has a single comprehensive interview, and the total time of comprehensive quality interview is 25~30 minutes (including material preparation, interview exchange and judging time).
On the same day, the judges will be divided into groups by drawing lots. Candidates will be randomly drawn into different interview classrooms and interviewed in different interview periods. During the interview, the interview jury will ask questions about the comprehensive situation of the candidates in combination with the application materials submitted by the candidates (the questions are not limited). Applicants should show their comprehensive quality, management potential and ability to the interview judges. Some institutions may also involve English interviews, and they need to be prepared in advance.
Does the position of EMBA applicants have a great influence on the interview results?
For the interviewer, the position of the EMBA applicant has no direct impact, and the interviewer mainly focuses on the applicant's future development potential.
During the interview, candidates will be asked about their current industry background, work and management. Of course, if the position is just an ordinary employee, the chances of being eliminated in the second interview will be even greater.
If the colleges and universities where ordinary staff apply for an interview in advance, it may directly affect whether they are qualified to participate in the interview.
Generally, candidates who apply for EMBA will have corresponding management experience, so as long as they play a proper role in the interview process, the position level has no decisive factor on the interview results.
