The winning rate of new shares subscription is that the lead underwriter confirms the effective subscription quantity, and then calculates the winning rate of new shares according to the number of issued shares and the effective subscription quantity. Winning rate = number of issued shares/number of valid subscribed shares * 100%.
For each new share issue, investors with multiple securities accounts can only use one account with market value to purchase once. If multiple subscriptions are made, only the first subscription is valid. For investors with multiple accounts, the market value held by them will be calculated together.
