Why did people build the Luzu Temple?

Lv Dongbin, whose original name was Lu Xie, whose real name was Dong Bin and whose real name was JunkoS, was a famous Taoist immortal in the Tang Dynasty, one of the "Eight Cave Immortals" and a representative of the confluence of the three religions.

There are stories among the people that Lv Dongbin drunk Yueyang Tower, spent Tie Guai Li Yue, and flew a sword to cut Huanglong. Lu Xian's image is a household name among women and children. In the Song Dynasty, Lv Dongbin was called "Miao Tong Real Person", in the Yuan Dynasty, it was called "Chunyang performing political police to help the emperor", and later it was called "Lv Chunyang". After Wang Zhongyang founded Quanzhen Taoism, he was regarded as one of the "five northern ancestors", and Taoism also honored him as "Lv Zu".

Lvzu Temple is widely built in all parts of China, offering sacrifices at the age of 20, and offering incense constantly. According to legend, Lv Zu's birthday is on the 14th day of the fourth lunar month, so Taoism often fasted on this day to commemorate it.
