1, channel
According to the river conditions, the total length of the track is about 400 meters (4 cycles back and forth). Eight dragon boats, each 13m.
The competition venue is located in the waters of the South China Sea shrimp pond, and the waterway is a straight-line round-trip waterway.
According to the number of teams and site conditions, there are 8 lanes in one direction, and the width of each lane can be arranged at 20m.
Step 2 equip
Dragon boat, rudder oars, paddles, gongs and drums shall be arranged by the organizer, and rudder oars and paddles shall not be arranged privately.
3. Team members
Players must be healthy, can swim and be familiar with water.
Number of dragon boat participants 14, and 2 reserve players.
Each team has a team leader and a team leader (the team leader is also a member), and must wear the logo in the game.
Each team 16 people, including helmsman 1, drummer 1 and rower 14.
Each team has two reserve players. The substitution needs to be verified by the referee, and the substitution needs to be completed before boarding the dragon boat. You can't change it without special circumstances after boarding the dragon boat.
Second, general matters:
1. Team Leader List:
Wu, Wu, Wu Shaojian, Wu, Wu Anxiang, Wu Zixiao, Wu Chuangfeng, Wu Anle.
Each team leader must organize the number of participants, and the number of participants in each team shall not exceed 8. If the number of the team exceeds 8, it will be redistributed by the organizer.
Team leaders, all entries must be submitted before May 2 1.
2. Practice time: The team leader is scheduled to train in Nanhai Shrimp Pond on May 1.
3. Teaching time: to be determined. Please attend on time.
4. Official Competition Time: Dragon Boat Festival is scheduled to start at noon on May 28th 1. Please get there on time.

It starts at 8:30 am on May 28th.
Second, the venue:
Starting point: south bank of Chong 'an Street, Chongyang River, urban area;
End point: crossing the bridge opening water surface of Chongdong Bridge (refers to the connection position of two piers in the north of the bridge at 1000m).
Third, the participating units:
Municipal authorities, schools, factories (mines), enterprises and institutions, troops, townships (towns, fields), streets and other units can sign up for the competition.
Four. Athlete qualification:
1. All cadres, employees, contract workers and temporary workers of this unit can participate in the competition (regardless of age); Each team has 15 people (including team leader 1 person, helmsman 1 person, drummer 1 person, and 6 male and female rowers), and the team leader is required to be the team leader of the unit.
In the second round, each team is allowed to have two substitutes to replace.
3. Athletes must be healthy, can swim and be familiar with water; Teams must wear life jackets during training and competition to ensure safety.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) competition method:
1. The competition shall be conducted in accordance with the latest dragon boat competition rules approved by the State Sports General Administration and the supplementary provisions of the organizing committee of the General Assembly.
2. The competition will be divided into groups by elimination system, and the' first place' in each group will compete in the second round, and the final winner will win the' Dragon King' award.
VI. Incentives:
All participating teams will receive bonuses and prizes. There is only one "Dragon King" award in this competition, which is won by the best, and bonuses, trophies and prizes are awarded.
Seven, specific requirements:
1. All participating units must fax or deliver the registration form (with official seal) to the Municipal Bureau of Culture and Sports before 0:00 am on May 22nd.
2. A team leader meeting will be held at 3: 00pm on June 3rd in the conference room on the third floor of the Municipal Bureau of Culture and Sports to draw lots, arrange training and explain relevant competition matters.
3. From June 5th to June 10, arrange the training time for teams in Chongyang River. The specific training time is proposed by each team at the team leader meeting, and the competition group of the conference is responsible for unified arrangement and coordination. Dragon boats, paddles and life jackets for training and competition are arranged and provided by the competition group of the conference.
4. Each team should bring their own team flag (a right triangle with a height of 1m and a base length of 1.5m), with the word XXX (referring to the unit) on the flag surface.
5. Other matters not covered will be notified separately, and the right to interpret this regulation belongs to the organizing committee.
