2. Meet the requirements of service posts, and junior high school teachers need bachelor degree or above; Require that the major you have studied is consistent with the subject of applying for service positions;
3. Physical conditions meet the requirements of "Physical Examination Standards for Applicants with Teacher Qualification in Yunnan Province" and can adapt to local working and living environment conditions;
4. The level of Putonghua should meet the requirements of the corresponding standards stipulated in the Measures for the Implementation of Teachers' Qualification Regulations, and obtain the corresponding level of Putonghua proficiency test certificate.
5. Volunteers who have obtained the teacher qualification certificate or the "two studies" examination certificate of the teacher qualification certificate, participated in the "Volunteer Service Plan for College Students in the West" and the "Three Supports and One Support" plan, and have completed their services, will be given priority under the same conditions.

1, general arrangement
The written test implements the unified proposition system, unified examination time and unified marking in the whole province, and the written test location is unified in Xiaguan, Dali City, where the state capital is located.
2. Written test content
The scope and content of the written test proposition are based on the "Yunnan Province 20 14 Special Post Teacher Recruitment Examination Outline", which reflects the requirements of implementing quality education and the direction of basic education curriculum reform, and focuses on the comprehensive professional knowledge level and ability of candidates. Pedagogy and educational psychology adopt the Pedagogy Examination Outline and Educational Psychology Examination Outline of the Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers formulated by the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Education and the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education.
The written examination is a closed-book examination by subject. The examination subjects are divided into three categories: pre-school, primary school and middle school: applying for pre-school education 1 subject; The candidates for special post teachers in primary schools are divided into seven disciplines: Chinese, mathematics, English, music, physical education, fine arts and information technology. Teachers who apply for special posts in middle schools are divided into 13 subjects: Chinese, mathematics, English, physics, chemistry, biology, politics, history, geography, music, physical education, fine arts and information technology. Primary and secondary schools use different test papers according to subjects. The full mark of the written test is 120, in which 100 is the professional basic knowledge of the subject to be applied for, and 20 is the knowledge of pedagogy and educational psychology.

4. Examination management

(2) Examination room requirements: The written test is organized and implemented according to the relevant requirements of the current college entrance examination, and the discipline is carefully examined. 2. Physical examination
After the interview, the physical examination candidates will be determined according to the total score from high to low. The ratio of the number of people participating in physical examination to the number of posts in branches and subjects in Shegang County is 1: 1. If there are vacancies after physical examination, they can be filled in turn according to the total score of each position. The list of medical examiners determined by each county is announced to the public through the websites of Yunnan Education Network and Dali Education Bureau. At the same time, each Shegang County informs the candidates of the time, place and related precautions.
The physical examination standard shall be implemented according to the Physical Examination Standard for Applicants with Teacher Qualification in Yunnan Province. The physical examination is organized by the counties themselves, and hospitals with second-class and above qualifications are required to complete the physical examination before May 30.
Fourth, employment.
(1) Employment
According to the planned number of special post teachers, recruitment assessment results and physical examination results, the list of special post teachers to be employed in Shegang County is determined and publicized to the public through Yunnan Education Network and other related recruitment websites. After the expiration of the publicity period, it shall be reported to the State Education Bureau for summary, stamped with the official seals of the Education Bureau and the People's Social Security Bureau, and submitted to the provincial education department for approval. After the examination and confirmation by the education department, the proposed special post teacher can sign the teacher employment contract of "Special Post Plan for School Teachers in Rural Compulsory Education in Yunnan Province" with the county education bureau, and go through the relevant employment procedures.
Employment must be completed before June 20 15 14. No additional records will be made after employment. Candidates must report to the Personnel Unit of Shegang County Education Bureau within the specified time after receiving the employment notice. Those who fail to report for duty within the time limit without justifiable reasons will be disqualified from employment and be punished with a five-year ban on examinations.
(2) on-the-job teaching
1. Pre-job training: Pre-job training for special post teachers mainly includes teachers' morality education, new curriculum concepts, teaching materials and teaching methods, and basic requirements for performing their duties, and the training time is not less than 45 hours. Pre-job training adopts a combination of online distance training and centralized training, which is organized and implemented by each community and county.
2. Special post teachers are sent to primary and secondary schools by the county education bureau, and the school arranges education and teaching work and conducts daily management.
3. Teacher qualification recognition: After pre-job training, the county-level education administrative department will recognize the teacher qualification of candidates who meet the corresponding teacher qualification conditions but have not obtained the teacher qualification, and issue the teacher qualification certificate free of charge.
