The first Young English Teachers' Teaching Competition in Xiangxi ended successfully.

On May 14, the first teaching contest for young English teachers in primary schools, junior high schools and senior high schools in Xiangxi started simultaneously in the lecture halls of Longshan No.1 Middle School, Longshan No.2 Middle School and Longshan Huangcang Middle School respectively.

Under the careful planning in the early stage, all counties and cities carried out the preliminary competition in an orderly way, and 26 young English teachers participated in the third phase. The contest is divided into three parts: 20-minute segmented teaching, teaching reflection and submitting 20 teaching designs before the competition. 13 at 7: 00 pm, the contestants draw lots to determine the order of the next day's competition, and draw lots from the teaching design submitted by themselves to determine the competition content.

In the end, Chen Chunping of Huaxin Primary School in Longshan County, Zhu of Aizhai Middle School in Jishou City and Shang Xiaoyan of Longshan High School won the first place in the primary school group, junior high school group and senior high school group respectively.

This teaching competition is sponsored by Xiangxi Education and Sports Bureau, undertaken by Xiangxi Academy of Educational Sciences, and co-organized by Longshan County Education and Sports Bureau, County Academy of Educational Sciences and Longshan related schools. A special supervision committee was set up during the activity, and the results of the activity will be publicized on the website of the State Education and Sports Bureau for seven days. After the publicity, prizes will be awarded to the participating teachers.
