Customers can log on to the website of Agricultural Bank of China for reservation, verification and other information.
The valid identity documents for appointment, verification and redemption are limited to the original second-generation resident identity cards.
If the customer handles the exchange business on behalf of others, the agent shall handle it with the original second-generation resident identity cards of himself and the client, and the number of agents shall not exceed 5.
If the customer cancels the default record and reserves the exchange qualification on behalf of others, the agent shall handle it with the original second-generation resident ID cards of himself and the client.
