Three. Personal advice:

3. 1-2 minutes to answer questions, clear thinking and positive answers. Setting aside time for the interviewer to ask more questions and get to know the candidate more comprehensively will also help deepen the interviewer's impression of the candidate;
4. The answer can be given as an example or combined with itself. This makes it more real and fuller. But we should also pay attention to the time, and don't expand too much, which will lead to too long time for answering questions;
5. It is recommended to take a watch with you, take it off before the interview, and put it in a habitual position where you can easily see the time, which can help control the rhythm if necessary;
4. Assembly process:
1. The time is 35 minutes (including 7 minutes to read and list concise opinions on the answer sheet, and the last minute is 1 minute to summarize each person in English in numerical order);
