Qatar 2022 World Cup draw grouping rules:

According to the schedule, 29 teams will determine their seats in April 1, and the remaining three seats include two intercontinental play-offs and a postponed European play-off. FIFA confirmed that the three teams that advanced to the play-offs will be drawn to the fourth place.

The draw order is from 1 to 4. Eight teams in each gear draw the next gear. Each team can have at most two European teams. Except for 13 teams in Europe, all other teams adopt the principle of avoiding each other in the same area.

List of draw teams for the 2022 World Cup:

Group A: Qatar (A 1), Ecuador (A2), Senegal (A3) and Netherlands (A4).

Group b: Britain (B 1), Iran (B2), USA (B3) and Wales (B4).

Group C: Argentina (C 1), Saudi Arabia (C2), Mexico (C3) and Poland (C4).

Group D: French team (D 1), Australian team (D2), Danish team (D3) and Tunisia team (D4).

Group e: Spain (E 1), Costa Rica (E2), Germany (E3) and Japan (E4).

Group F: Belgium (F 1), Canada (F2), Morocco (F3) and Croatia (F4).

Group g: Brazil (G 1), Serbia (G2), Switzerland (G3) and Cameroon (G4).

Group H: Portugal (H 1), Ghana (H2), Uruguay (H3) and South Korea (H4).
