According to the relevant regulations on the employment of civil servants and the unified arrangement of the General Administration of Customs, the interview for the employment of civil servants in the 20 14 annual examination of Shenzhen Customs will be held in Shenzhen from February 20 to 23, 20 14, using a structured interview method. The relevant arrangements are hereby notified as follows:

First, the shortlisted candidates give up the interview and make-up exam work arrangements.

Candidates who have been shortlisted for the interview should voluntarily submit a written statement of abandonment of the interview before February 13, and fax or mail it to our company (the fax number and contact information are attached, and see annex 1 for a sample of abandonment statement). Candidates who give up the interview and fail to submit written materials as required will be reported to the competent department of central civil servants for the record. For the positions that candidates give up the interview, before February 13, we will fill in the positions from high to low according to the written test scores of public subjects, and will not fill in the positions after February 17 in principle.

Two, on-site qualification examination, lottery and interview notice work arrangements

On the day before the candidate's interview, we will conduct on-site audit of interview qualifications, draw lots for the first time in the interview and issue interview notices. After the candidates pass the on-site qualification examination, they draw lots for the first time to determine the next day's personal interview session (morning or afternoon) and receive the interview notice on the spot.

1. Time for on-site qualification review, drawing lots and receiving interview notice: February 19 to February 2214. On-site qualification review will be conducted at 9: 00 am-65438+02: 00 pm the day before the interview time for each position.

2. On-site qualification examination, drawing lots and receiving interview notice Location: Shenzhen Customs Culture and Sports Center (Address: No.0/087 Heping Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen, opposite to the west exit of Shenzhen Railway Station).

3. Candidates who are short-listed for the interview must bring all the original materials required in the Notice of Shenzhen Customs on Defining the Relevant Requirements for Sending the Qualification Review Materials for the Short-listed Civil Servants in the 20 14 Examination, and attend the interview on time. Candidates who pass the examination can draw lots and receive interview notices.

Third, the interview work arrangement

1. Interview time: February 20th to February 23rd, 20 14. The interview starts at 8: 30am and starts at13: 30pm every day (the morning/afternoon of the interview is decided by drawing lots the day before). Candidates attending the morning interview should complete their registration before 8:00 am on the same day, and candidates attending the afternoon interview should complete their registration before 13:00 pm on the same day. Those who fail to report on time are deemed to have waived their interview qualifications. Draw lots for the second time every half day before the interview to determine the interview grouping and order of candidates.

2. Interview registration and interview location: Shenzhen Customs Laogan Building (address: Heping Road, Shenzhen 1087)

Fourth, determine the arrangements for entering the medical examination personnel and publishing the interview results.

If the ratio of the number of interviewees to the number of employees in the employment plan reaches 3: 1 or above, after the interview, the candidates for inspection and physical examination will be determined in the order of high comprehensive scores; If the ratio of the number of interviewees to the number of people hired is less than 3: 1, the candidates' interview scores should reach 60 (rounded off) before entering the inspection and physical examination. The calculation method of comprehensive score is: 50% of the total written test score of public subjects and 50% of the interview score, that is, the written test score of public subjects (200 points) /4+ interview score (100 points) /2.
