Interview method:
1, in the form of structured interview.
2. The structured interview time is 10 minute per person, including reading and answering time, with a full score of 100 minute.
3. If the actual number of people participating in the interview for the recruitment position does not form effective competition (the actual number of people participating in the interview does not exceed the planned number of the position, that is, no effective competition is formed), the interview scores of the applicants shall not be lower than the minimum interview scores of the physical examination personnel on the spot (the same interview, the same interview examiner group and the same set of interview questions), thus forming an effective competitive position.
Interview procedure:
1, July 22nd (Saturday) at 7:40-8:00 am, the short-listed interviewers will gather in Room 2504 (waiting room) on the 25th floor of Changsha Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
2. At 8: 00 a.m. on Saturday, July 22nd, candidates began to draw lots for interviews. All candidates must arrive in the waiting room before 8:00 am, otherwise it will be regarded as giving up the interview.
3. After the lottery is completed, the candidates will be interviewed in turn under the guidance of the staff according to the lottery order.
4. After the interview, the interview judges will score on the spot.
5. Candidates' interview results are rounded to two decimal places.
6. After the interview, candidates go to the waiting room to wait for points and wait for their interview results.
Interview location:
25th Floor, Changsha Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (No.669, Section 1, Furong Middle Road, Changsha).
Precautions:
1. Candidates must arrive at the waiting room before 8:00 a.m. on July 22nd, otherwise, it will be deemed that the candidates voluntarily give up the interview qualification.
2. Candidates should show their original valid ID card (electronic ID can't be replaced), and those who don't bring their ID card may not participate in the interview.
3. Candidates are not allowed to wear professional clothes, bring anything, and wear watches or accessories to enter the interview examination room.
Candidates must leave the test center immediately after receiving the notice of interview results, and may not stay nearby.
