On the day before the candidate's interview, we will conduct on-site audit of interview qualifications, draw lots for the first time in the interview and issue interview notices. After the candidates pass the on-site qualification examination, they draw lots for the first time to determine the next day's personal interview session (morning or afternoon) and receive the interview notice on the spot.
1. On-site qualification re-examination, drawing lots and receiving interview notice: On the day before the interview time of each position, on-site qualification re-examination will be conducted at 9: 00 am-12: 00 am, and lottery will be organized at 0: 00 pm-17: 00 pm to receive interview notice. Candidates are requested to arrive 15 minutes in advance.
2. Candidates who are shortlisted for the interview must bring all the original materials required in the Notice of Shenzhen Customs on Defining the Relevant Requirements for Sending Qualification Review Materials to Candidates who are Finalized for the XX Annual Examination, and attend the retest on time. Candidates who pass the re-examination can draw lots and receive interview notices.
Interview work arrangement
Interview time: the interview starts at 8:30 am every day and starts at 13:30 pm (the morning/afternoon of candidates' interview is decided by drawing lots the day before). Candidates attending the morning interview should complete their registration before 8:00 am on the same day, and candidates attending the afternoon interview should complete their registration before 13:00 pm on the same day. Those who fail to report on time are deemed to have waived their interview qualifications. Draw lots for the second time every half day before the interview to determine the interview grouping and order of candidates.
Matters needing attention
1. Candidates must participate in the interview lottery at the specified time. Those who are late for more than 10 minutes will be deemed to have given up the qualification of lottery automatically.
2. When participating in the lottery and interview, candidates must provide their ID card, written test admission ticket (if the admission ticket is lost, please ask the test center to issue a certificate) and interview notice (received at the first lottery). All the above documents must be original. Those who lack the above documents and materials are not allowed to participate in the lottery and interview.
3. On-the-job candidates must provide proof that the current work unit agrees to apply before the interview, otherwise they may not participate in the interview.
4. To enter the physical examination through the interview, candidates must submit the original and photocopy of their ID card, household registration book and registration card (provided by fresh graduates and postponed graduates) (a4 paper). In order to ensure the smooth development of the follow-up work of the interview, please be sure to bring all the above materials when you come to the interview.
5. Candidates should pay for their own accommodation, transportation and medical examination.
6. According to the announcement of the State Customs on matters related to the recruitment of civil servants in the annual examination, the anti-smuggling post will organize physical fitness assessment after the physical examination, and the specific arrangements will be notified separately.
