What's the difference between rights issue and rights issue?

A company's rights issue is to refinance the original shareholders. As long as you hold the stock on the registration date, you can subscribe in proportion. Placing shares are unlisted shares that are placed offline to some institutional investors when new shares are issued, and can only be sold after being listed for a certain period of time. Individuals who want to buy the company's shares can only do so by subscribing to the lottery, if they win the bid. If the successful bidder buys company shares, it can sell them on the first day of listing.
