How to judge the quality of American high schools?

There are three kinds of American high schools, public, semi-private and private. Public high schools are generally not so good, but white areas are stronger than colored areas, and white rich areas are stronger than ordinary white areas. There is a property tax in the United States, and 50% of your property tax should be invested in schools. Basically, the more expensive the house in your area, the better the school.

Public schools are also divided into ordinary high schools and missionary high schools.

Semi-private should be regarded as the best high school that ordinary people can attend. You can get high-quality teaching with little money. However, there are very few semi-private, half of the money is paid by the state, and the rest is raised by the people. Admission is by lottery. Note that it is not an exam, but a lottery.

Private ones are the best, but they are expensive. If you bring accommodation, it is simply too expensive. Private schools are better for preparatory courses. They are a bit like our high school. They compressed the three-year course into one year and then studied it three times. Children of all ages have classes in a big classroom. There are only a handful of such high schools, but they are also considered to be the most efficient.
