If voting is adopted, according to the bidding results and the principle of simple majority, the appraisal institution with the first number of votes is the demolition scope, and the second is the re-appraisal institution. The demolition shall announce the voting results. If the appraisal institution is determined through consultation or drawing lots, the re-appraisal institution may be determined at the same time.
