Tug of war rules and game rules

Tug of war is a game that embodies team spirit. I sorted out the rules of tug-of-war and the rules of the game for you, hoping to help you!

First of all, the rules of tug-of-war

1, the two teams will decide the outcome in one game, and the game will not be limited until the outcome can be judged; The competition is divided into two rounds, the first round of elimination and the second round of finals.

2. Elimination: Divided into three ABC groups, with 4 teams in each group, and decided the competition group by drawing lots. Note: If there are abstaining games in a group, the remaining teams in the group will produce teams to participate in the finals through round robin.

3. Finals: In the three teams A, B and C, the champion, runner-up and runner-up will be decided through round robin, and the winner will be the one who wins two games. If the three teams win one game each, they will be ranked according to the winning time, and the winner will be the one with the shortest time, and so on. Note: In the round robin, the referee will record the winning time of each team and decide the winner by throwing a steel shovel at the field. The team that wins each game will enter the next round.

Second, the following situations are punishable by a foul.

(a) [sitting foul] deliberately sat still or slipped and did not stand up immediately.

(2) [Personal Foul] During the game, any part of the body touches the ground except the footsteps.

(3)[ Rope locking foul]

(1) Press the rope with your knees and legs.

(2) The rope is fixed on the player.

(3) There should be no wheels or knots on the rope.

(4) 【 Clamping foul 】 Use the underarm to clamp the rope.

(5) 【 foul crossing 】 Step out of the sideline in the game.

(6) Bystanders are not allowed to contact tug-of-war players in any way. Note: players who insist on correcting personal fouls after being reminded by the referee will be sent off and the team will not add new players.

Third, tug-of-war skills

Formation:

1, height from high to short. Because in the process of pulling, the force is inclined downward, so everyone's force will be unified. The last person is the "anchor", so he must be strong and strong, firmly grasp the rope, stretch the whole rope straight, and guide the person in front to exert force in the same direction.

2. The rope should be straight: everyone should exert force in one direction to keep the rope straight. Because it is the last "anchor", you must not shake it from side to side.

3. The distance between people: neither too big nor too small. If it is too big, the rope will swing from side to side. If it is too small, people will collide and fail to exert force.

4. In tug-of-war, draw five straight lines on the concrete floor with an interval of 1M, with the middle line as the center line, the outermost two lines as the "river boundary" and the innermost two lines as the "winning and losing line". No one is allowed to enter the tug-of-war except the contestants, referees and other staff.

5. A team member grabs the rope near the outside of the 2-meter line, and the position of the foot should not exceed 2 meters. In addition, players must grasp the rope with their bare hands.

match

1. (assembly) After hearing this password, the players of both sides should stand in the order arranged by the team leader. The captains of both sides confirm each other's readiness and give clear signals to the referee respectively;

2. (Tighten the rope) After the player hears this password, hold the rope with both hands;

3. (Adjust the center line) After hearing this password, the player will obey the referee's command and quickly aim the red line mark on the rope at the center line;

4. (Ready) After hearing this password, the player will stay still and continue to pull the rope;

The referee blew the whistle and the game began.

6. Rules of the game a) Judgment of winning or losing each game: When the central red rope is pulled to the "winning or losing line", the game ends; During the game, if both teams fall down at the same time before the referee decides that the game is over, the game will be played again.

Rope handle:

1. The rope passes through the inside of the right elbow, and the right wrist is twisted inward, so that the palm is up and the left hand is placed in front of the right hand. The wrist grip is the same as the right hand, and both palms should be up. The ropes held by the left and right hands should be close together, not separated. As long as your hands don't slip, it's easy to get tired if you hold the rope too hard, so don't use too much force at first. If you have a good posture, you can naturally hold your hand tightly. The player behind put his back hand into the middle position of the player in front of him from his armpit to hold the rope. In this way, the team's front line is short, and the effect of the resultant force acting on the rope in a straight line is obvious, even if the teammates make mistakes, they can ensure timely adjustment.

Basic elements:

(1) Keep your palms up;

② Don't separate your left and right hands;

3 don't push too hard;

(4) the feeling of pulling to the side. Almost all the strength of the rope is transferred to the rope by hand (a small part is the underarm clamping force); If the grip strength (endurance) of the hand is not large or correct, it will not be able to exert its due strength.

2. Unlike other players, the anchor can bypass the back from the underarm to the other shoulder, and then bypass the underarm. Clip the rope under the right armpit, hang it on the left shoulder and clip it under the left armpit. This is the most powerful position.

Pull rope posture

1, power posture: the front legs are straight, the rear legs are arched, and the center of gravity of the body is tilted backwards. Try to keep it down. But not too low, too low will affect the play, in line with the principle of doing what you can. Front legs 120- 130 degrees, rear legs 90- 1 10 degrees. The distance between the feet is slightly larger than the shoulders, which can not only save space, but also ensure that the collective resultant force acts on the rope in a straight line.

2. Preparation posture: When preparing, the basic movements of the upper body and the rope remain unchanged, the right foot takes a big step forward and the body leans forward slightly. At the referee's command, his left foot moved forward quickly, and he took the lead by relying on the backward explosive force. Before the referee indicated to adjust the rope to the left or right, the upper body posture of the players remained unchanged, and it was necessary to adjust by grinding their feet. It was not allowed to adjust their hands backwards or striding.

3, high posture: in the upright state, try not to bend over, do not bend the knee joint and lean back with the center of gravity of the body and keep the posture of sliding the soles of the feet.

Advantages: the weight can be supported by bones, so the muscle burden is light; It is not easy to wrap the rope, and the pressure on the soles of the feet increases for the floor.

Disadvantages: it is difficult to clamp the rope under the arm, which greatly increases the dependence on grip strength and increases the burden on the palm; The center of gravity is high, but when it is out of balance, it is easy to attack the other side.

4. Intermediate posture: the body is opposite to the opponent's front, the waist and knees are properly bent, and the thigh position is kept horizontal or slightly higher, ready to straighten your feet at any time.

Advantages: the center of gravity of the body leans backward relative to the high posture, and it is not easy to lose balance when being pulled by the other side; When the knees and waist are properly bent, a great force (pulling force) can be obtained by straightening them by force; It can increase the friction pressure between the foot and the ground.

Disadvantages: Because of the need to maintain the bending state of knees and waist, relying on muscle strength to support their own weight and pull on each other increases the burden on muscles and is easy to fatigue; It is difficult to keep the middle posture for a long time, and it is easy to cause movement deformation.

5, low posture: the position of the legs is lower than the middle posture.

Advantages: deliberately changing from a high posture or a middle posture to a low posture can instantly increase the tension on the rope, while adopting a low posture requires a lot of effort, but at the same time it will cause a great tension burden to the other side.

Disadvantages: it is easy to lock the rope and foul on the ground. In order to keep a low profile, it takes a lot of physical strength; The friction between the sole and the ground is weak, so the friction between the sole and the ground cannot be fully utilized.

Use of various postures:

① Take a low profile when defending. But keeping a low posture consumes a lot of physical strength and reduces the friction of the feet. We should wait for a chance to fight back.

(2) Attacks often adopt a low profile. When attacking, it is necessary to change the attack through three-point body axis. The grinding range of the steps should not be too large, and the feet should not be lifted. The pace of the whole team should be consistent.

(3) Take a middle position when stalemate. When the two teams are evenly matched in the game, they should continue the game with the lowest strength that will not be pulled by the other team. Take a neutral posture while maintaining strength. When the opponent has the upper hand slightly, in order to maintain strength, the rope should not be pressed down too much. For example, if the rope is pressed too low, the grounding pressure of the sole of the foot will be weakened and the speed of being pulled will be accelerated.

Tug-of-war basic posture:

1) basic posture: don't squat, but stretch all over.

2) Body direction: Never press the rope sideways.

3) Standby posture: bend the outside of the knee and focus on the heel.

4) Muscle strength: the arms are straight to the body and legs.

5) Keep the body axis: keep the whole body in the best stretching state.

6) Use weight: keep a proper posture and don't be too low.

7) Leg angle: replace muscle support with bone.

8) Tug of war begins: keep your thighs above the level.

8) Tug of war begins: keep your thighs above the level.

Grasp the rhythm

1, the slogan must be neat and rhythmic to be effective.

2. Use half-beat, use 1 force and 2 boring quick tactics, inch by inch, step by step, break the opponent's hard rhythm and overall tactics, and put pressure on the opponent to achieve the effect of winning by surprise attack.

3, cheerleaders unified command.

Seize the opportunity

At the beginning of the game, we should stabilize the rope in advance and under the unified command of the team leader. At this time, you must not be careless. You should get bored in advance to prevent the other party from exerting strength, in case you are caught off guard and fail in a daze.

Push forward together, walk back together, the center of gravity remains the same, but the feet fall back and face the opponent, so that people will not have the possibility of sneak attack.

When you pull out a firm belief, you should have a desperate spirit. No matter how strong the opponent is, he must be dragged away.

Endurance is long. You should know that when you are weak, your opponent is not, and your partner is still struggling, so even if you help him a little, you may win the opponent, so you must unite.

It is best to wear rubber shoes with concave and convex soles to participate in the competition to increase ground friction.

Matters needing attention

① Rope-holding method: generally, it is advisable to hold the rope in front with the right hand, and the positions of the left and right hands should be close to each other, with the palms of both hands facing upwards, and the rope should be slightly twisted when clenched. As long as your hands don't slip, it's easy to get tired if you hold the rope too hard, so don't use too much force at first. If you have a good posture, you can naturally hold your hand tightly.

② Body posture: The body faces forward, perpendicular to the rope, shoulders are stretched backwards naturally, arms are clamped at both sides of the body, so that the rope is close to the center of the body and naturally passes through the right waist of the body. The body is basically tilted in a straight line. The basic posture of holding the rope and the upper body, whether offensive or defensive, should be run through.

(3) Lower body posture: the width of feet should be one foot away from the "headrope" and "anchor". Because the "head rope" and "tail rope" control the stability of the first team, the feet are slightly wider than other players, and the "head rope" is slightly wider than the shoulders.

(4) Legislation of basic station: The players are separated by one arm, and the ropes are slightly inclined downward from beginning to end. "One or two ropes" are higher, and "seven ropes" are the people with the lowest center of gravity in the team. Usually, the "one-two ropes" are also relatively high, and the "six-seven ropes" are relatively short.

⑤ Teamwork: Communication and coordination among team members is very important in the competition. If the former team members are found to be pressing the rope, they should be protected and reminded in time so as not to affect the actions of others. "Zhongsheng" is the commander who coordinated before and after. (Don't press the rope)

6. In order to increase friction, the importance of grinding force:

1, try to find someone with heavy weight; Strong people stand in front to facilitate the attack, heavy people stand behind, and the heavier the last person, the better.

2. Wear non-slip shoes instead of leather shoes.

3, pay attention to the venue, people should stand on the rough ground.

4. In order to increase the pressure on the ground, when dialing, people should put their backs up straight, and can't bow their hips behind them.

5, the team should be straight, dial, team can't swing, reasonable arrangement of people standing on both sides of the rope.

6, the pace should be consistent, and push back hard at the same time.
