According to the effective results of the applicants, those who apply for Chinese, mathematics and English majors in junior high schools and primary schools are employed at the ratio of 1: 1.2, and those who apply for other majors are employed at the ratio of 1: 1.5, and the medical examiners are determined from high scores to low scores. Those who fail the physical examination will be replenished in turn according to the effective scores of the applicants.
For those who pass the physical examination, according to the effective test scores of the applicants, the assessment and political examination personnel shall be determined from high score to low score according to the proposed employment plan, and the specific organizational measures for assessment and political examination shall be stipulated separately.
Eight. Employment and treatment
According to the examination results and assessment results, according to the junior high school and primary school professional recruitment number to determine the preferred employment; Under the same conditions, those with high lecture scores are preferred, and those with management experience above middle level are preferred.
Employment results will be posted for 3 days. All the hired teachers, with the approval of the County Education Bureau, will teach in Tsinghua Campus School. Recruited college graduates should have the same salary as the teachers recruited by the Education Bureau on 20 14. The probation period is one year. Teachers selected to teach in Tsinghua campus schools enjoy the same treatment as teachers in public schools in terms of salary adjustment, promotion, professional title evaluation, assessment, model evaluation, insurance and provident fund.
