Grandma Taishan is a mountain god belief in the inland of China, and is honored as "Yuan Jun, Bi Xia, the fairy of Mount Taishan in Dongyue", or Yuan Jun, Bi Xia for short. Grandma Taishan occupies an important position in China's folk religious beliefs. Its Dojo is located in Mount Tai, Dongyue, one of the five sacred mountains in China. Bi Xia Yuan Jun's influence lasted for thousands of years, especially after the Ming and Qing Dynasties, which had a great influence on the culture of northern China. There is a folk saying in China called "North Yuan Jun, South Mazu" or "Notre Dame de Mazu".
