The enrollment of private compulsory education schools is brought into the unified management of the examination and approval places, and enrollment is synchronized with public schools. The education departments of all districts and counties shall verify the enrollment plan according to the scale of running private compulsory education schools within their jurisdiction, and strictly control it through the student status management system, and shall not enroll students beyond the plan.
For private compulsory education schools with more applicants than the enrollment plan, computer random allocation and lottery admission will be implemented. The specific implementation measures shall be formulated and supervised by the education administrative departments of all districts and counties. Schools that have adverse effects or serious consequences due to illegal enrollment, depending on the seriousness of the case, shall be given interviews, informed criticism, accountability of relevant personnel, reduction of enrollment plan for the next year, suspension of enrollment in the current year, and revocation of school license in accordance with relevant regulations.

Public and private schools enroll students at the same time. Public and private primary and secondary schools in the compulsory education stage of the city started enrollment and admission simultaneously on June 20.
If the number of students enrolled in private compulsory education schools is less than or equal to the enrollment plan, they will be admitted directly through registration; If the number of applicants exceeds the enrollment plan, the district and county education departments will organize random computer lottery on June 20 and accept full supervision.
After the computer random admission results of private compulsory education schools are produced, the "Chongqing Compulsory Education School Admissions Information Collection System" will send a short message to inform parents of students to log in to the system to inquire about the lottery results.
Students admitted by lottery must log in to the system for confirmation before June 2 1 and 18: 00; Not confirmed, as a waiver.
Students who have not been admitted to private schools will return to the admission system of the education departments in their districts and counties, and make overall arrangements in accordance with relevant regulations to ensure that public schools are "at the bottom" and prevent students from dropping out of school.
Before June 30, private compulsory education schools with more applicants than the enrollment plan will fully complete the enrollment work.
