We learned from the Duke of Zhou that it is through the formulation of rites that people all over the world develop their own virtues and make themselves better.

This is the evaluation of the Zhou Dynasty in the Book of Songs. Although Zhou is an ancient country, its life is new: this means that although Zhou is a country with a long history, it can undertake the historical mission and establish a new country. Although Zhou Wenwang overthrew the rule of Shang Zhouwang and established the Zhou Dynasty, Zhou is a country with a long history.

? About 3500 years ago, Zhou Wenwang's ancestors came to the bottom of the ice and settled down. Thus, from nomadic people to settled agricultural civilization. In Mr. Yangming's words, it is the way of civil and military, that is, the way of Yao and Shun. Although sages and kings live in different times, their concrete achievements are naturally different. But their Tao and heart are the same. Whether Shang Tang reminded himself to take a bath and wash his heart, or moved constantly every week, or even established a new dynasty, it was their consistent heart to achieve society and serve the people. Only with such a heart for the country and the people can we be diligent and have infinite wisdom.

? Love is the source of innovation.

? Therefore, for innovation, it is of course important to learn specific practices, but the heart behind it is the key. Just like the story of Yi Yin's exile of Tai Jia last week, someone asked, isn't this the following offense? Mencius answered this way: if you have the ambition to hide, you can do it; If you don't have Yi Yin's ambition, you will usurp it. If a person has the ambition to restore rivers and mountains, then he can do the same thing as Yi Yin to exile the king. However, if you don't have such ambitions and just seek your own selfish interests, it will be usurping the throne and doing it again.

Teacher Zhou gives you an expert question and answer every Saturday, and everyone is already familiar with it. An important leader took her to a round table meeting, and the people attending the meeting were much older than her. After the meeting, she walked out of the meeting room with the leader. Rule number one: Have a meeting, not a hearing.

The second principle: do not show off.

Before the meeting: understand the intention of the meeting and prepare suggestions and proposals from different angles.

During the meeting: speak from the heart, exercise your ability to summarize 20 minutes into 3 minutes, and be prepared to state the key points in only 1 minute.

After the meeting: what needs to be coordinated and implemented to ensure correct implementation.

Role c: non-core and unimportant collaborator. Corner C often chooses to watch mobile phone chat silently. In fact, at this time, you can still think positively and make contributions. This is an attitude.

At a meeting, a person's ability, attitude and leadership are clear at a glance. When you put your heart and soul into it, you will have good ideas. It may be inconvenient for you to speak at the scene. After the meeting, you can write your suggestions on paper and give them to the leaders, as long as your suggestions are valuable.

A meeting is not a hearing. No matter what role we play, we should actively voice, provide value and make contributions so that leaders can hear your voice.
