Where is the Asian Cup held?

The 2023 Asian Cup will be held in Qatar.

On June 2022 10, Beijing time, the AFC Executive Committee meeting was held in Kuala Lumpur. After voting, AFC decided Qatar as the venue of the 2023 Asian Cup.

On July 8, 2022, AFC officially announced that it had received applications from Australia, Indonesia, South Korea and Qatar to bid for the Asian Cup. The new host of the 2023 Asian Cup will be announced on June 8+07.

On September 2, 2022, the Australian Football Association announced through official channels that it would withdraw from the bid for the 2023 Asian Cup for Men's Football and bid for the 2026 Asian Cup for Women's Football.
