Rules of the game:

4. The participating members shall not be Tencent (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd., relevant personnel, employees, brokers or contractors at the beginning of the registration and at any time during the competition.
"Affiliate" refers to any individual or entity that is directly or indirectly "controlled" by other parties or has direct (such as ownership) or indirect (such as contractual arrangements) economic benefits.
"Control" refers to any entity that directly or indirectly has the power to direct or cause others to direct policies or management, including the power to directly or indirectly elect, appoint or authorize directors, officers, managers and entrusted managers. If there is any violation, the team will be disqualified on the spot.
