What is the national examination interview?

In the interview of national civil servants, structured interview has long dominated the previous interview practice, and it is also the interview form adopted by most national examination systems; The structured group interview is the 20 18 national examination interview. On the basis of structured interview, the tax system took the lead in adopting a new interview form, which may become the mainstream interview form in the future.

(1) structured interview

The examination procedure of structured interview is exactly the same for all candidates who take part in the interview. Everyone has to go through the stages of drawing lots, waiting for exams, answering questions and waiting for scores.

① draw lots. There is no difference between the lottery in the interview and the lottery mode in our common sense, but now the technology has improved, and the electronic lottery mode is widely used in the examination room. However, it should be noted that the lottery of the tax system randomly divides candidates into several groups, each group is generally 3 people, and occasionally there are 2 or 4 people in a group. After the lottery is completed, candidates need to confirm their signatures.

2 Waiting for the exam. Candidates need to wait for the exam in the designated area before it is their turn to interview the serial number. In the meantime, candidates can read the information book again, or take a deep breath and relax. In short, you can't make noise and frolic. If candidates are not allowed to bring review materials into the waiting room in the examination room, please close your eyes quietly.

3 Answer the question. When it's the candidate's turn, the guide will take him into the interview room. After entering the examination room, candidates will see a group of people, including about 7 examiners and 4 staff members, namely 1 examiner, 6 examiners, and 1 grader, examiner, timekeeper and invigilator.

Four equal parts. After the interview, the guide will take the candidates to the designated place to wait for the score. The examiner scores according to the scoring method, and the rater calculates the average scores of the other examiners by removing a highest score and a lowest score, and then calculates the final scores of the candidates, which are submitted to the supervisor for review and confirmation, signed by the examiner, and then announced to the candidates. Candidates can leave after signing their scores, and the interview is over. If the candidates don't announce the results at the interview site, they can leave after the interview and check the interview results in official website and HR website a few days later.

(2) structured group interview

(3) there is no leading group discussion

Leader-less group interview refers to a group of candidates who discuss in a given background or around a given issue within a given time without specifying a convener/person in charge and get group opinions. The number of candidates participating in the discussion is generally 6 to 12, and the discussion duration is usually about 40-60 minutes.

The interview of leaderless group is divided into three stages: personal statement, free discussion and concluding speech. Candidates are usually taken to the preparation room before entering the examination room. Materials will be distributed in the preparation room, including background materials, draft paper, pens, etc. Discussion. After getting the background materials for discussion, each candidate can have about 10 minutes to read and think independently and prepare for his next performance. Next, candidates will enter the examination room and begin the formal examination.

In the personal presentation stage, each candidate will explain his own views on the given questions according to the thinking results of the previous stage, and the explanation time will generally not exceed 3 minutes (the examiner will deduct points as appropriate), depending on the regulations of the examination room. The order of speaking also needs to follow the arrangement of the examination room.

After the personal presentation stage, enter the group free discussion stage. During the discussion, candidates can continue to elaborate their own views, support or oppose others' views, and even summarize their own or others' views.

In the concluding speech stage, one candidate in the group will generally summarize and report the views of the whole group. Candidates recommend themselves or recommend one person to make a summary report, and others can supplement it. Candidates' representatives briefly report the whole discussion process and results to the examiner. In some exams, there are also cases where all candidates need to make a concluding speech, so everyone should consciously prepare the content of the concluding speech in the later stage of free discussion to avoid confusion in the process of concluding speech.
