Sanjiang Guo Hong Center Phase III cannot be opened.

Late funds are not in place. According to Wenzhou Government Affairs Network, the third phase of Sanjiang Guo Hong Center was still under construction as of March 18, 2023 due to insufficient funds in the later period. Guo Hong Center Project is located at the bridgehead of OuBeida Bridge and Ouyue Bridge in Sanjiang International Business District, close to Jiangtou Station and Sanjiang Station of planned subway M/KLOC-0. As an urban complex project with a total scale of about10.3 million square meters, relying on the planning of multiple formats such as commerce, hotels, headquarters office, river view residence, it has become the vanguard of the development of the north bank of Wenzhou Oujiang River and accelerated the integration process between the two sides of Oujiang River.
