What is the interview process of rural credit cooperatives?

1. First, draw lots to enter the venue. Candidates are interviewed in turn according to the extracted numbers, and each person's answer time is between 15-30 minutes;

2. Next comes the interview. Everyone answers the questions on the answer sheet in order. There will be 2-3 questions in the general interview;

3. After the answer, the candidate will ask questions temporarily for the candidate's answer;

4. After the final answer, you can leave. When the examiner asks the candidates to leave, there will be special staff to leave under the guidance.

It will take about a month for the rural credit cooperatives to go to work after the interview. After the interview, the total score of candidates will be divided according to the final interview and written test structure. The ratio of interview and written examination is different in each region. General written test scores account for 60% of the total score, and interview scores will account for 40% of the total score.
