How to allocate school places?
Independent job selection or recruitment agencies are responsible for job allocation. There are two main ways to allocate school places for teachers to allocate posts after exams. One is that candidates choose their own positions, and the other is that the recruitment agency is responsible for allocating positions. In principle, the two distribution methods are based on the final scores of candidates and should be combined with the specific needs of each school. Candidates who choose their own posts often decide the order of post selection by drawing lots if they have the same results.
