What is the content of the qualification interview for secondary vocational teachers?

The qualification interview of secondary vocational teachers mainly tests the applicant's basic qualities such as professional cognition, psychological quality, appearance, verbal expression and thinking quality, and other basic teaching skills such as teaching design, teaching implementation and teaching evaluation.

There are about 15 majors in the interview for teacher qualification certificate of specialized courses in secondary vocational schools, and the common ones are: civil water conservancy, processing and manufacturing, petrochemical industry, textile and food, transportation, information technology, medicine and health, finance and trade, tourism service, culture and art, etc.

Interview and examination process of secondary vocational teachers' qualification certificate

1. Waiting for the exam: Candidates arrive at the designated test center on time with the paper interview admission ticket and identity documents, and enter the waiting room for the exam.

2. Topic selection: According to the arrangement of test sites and the lottery order, candidates enter the topic selection room with the admission ticket, log in to the interview evaluation system, randomly select questions from the question bank, and print the list of questions after self-confirmation.

3. Lesson preparation: Candidates are guided by the invigilator into the lesson preparation room to write lesson plans (or activity demonstration plans) with the admission ticket, exam sheet and lesson preparation paper. The preparation time is 20 minutes.

4. Answer the prescribed questions: Candidates are guided into the designated interview room by the invigilator with the admission ticket, examination sheet and teaching plan (or activity demonstration plan). The interviewer randomly selected two prescribed questions from the question bank and asked the candidates to answer them. The time is about 5 minutes.

5. Trial lecture: Candidates will give a trial lecture (or demonstration) according to the prepared teaching plan (or activity demonstration scheme). Time 10 minute.

6. Defense: The interviewer asks questions around the content of the candidate's trial lecture (or demonstration), and the candidate defends (states). The time is about 5 minutes.
