Interview is mainly through the direct conversation between the examiner and the examinee, to examine the examinee's comprehensive ability in oral expression, interpersonal communication, organization planning and comprehensive analysis of problems, and to understand the examinee's manners, appearance and temperament through observation.
(A) the general process of the interview
1, lottery admission: candidates enter the interview in turn according to the lottery number. The time for each person to answer is between 15-30 minutes.
2. Interview Answers: Generally, each candidate answers 3-4 questions specified in this book in order, and candidates can think a little when answering questions.
3. Random questions: After the candidates answer the required questions, sometimes the examiner will ask other judges to ask questions temporarily.
4. Candidates' Exit: After answering the questions, the examiner announces the candidates' exit and exits under the leadership of specialized staff.
5. Scoring review: The examiner takes back the scoring form from the judges and gives it to the raters for scoring. Remove a highest score and a lowest score, and then calculate the average score.
6. Inform the next candidate to enter the venue: the last candidate leaves the venue, and a special staff member informs the next candidate to enter the venue.
