Zibo 2022 senior high school entrance examination admission rules.
In 2022, the city's senior high school entrance examination enrollment will continue to rely on Zibo's senior high school entrance examination enrollment management platform, adopt online volunteering and online admission, and take the junior high school academic level examination results and comprehensive quality evaluation results as the admission basis, and implement various admission forms such as independent enrollment, special student admission and comprehensive admission.
First, early admission.
Early admission includes independent enrollment of featured disciplines and enrollment of arts, sports and science and technology. Taking the qualification of examination subjects as the basic condition for admission, the enrollment school organizes and implements the independent enrollment plan of characteristic disciplines and the enrollment plan of art, sports and science and technology students determined by the audit.
(1) Independent enrollment of featured disciplines. By the independent enrollment school combined with the actual situation of running a school and the needs of characteristic construction, the independent enrollment work plan is formulated, and the recommendation and admission standards for independent enrollment are determined, which are audited by the district and county education administrative departments and reported to the Municipal Education Bureau for the record. From June 17 to June 19, the relevant schools organized enrollment according to the approved independent enrollment plan. After the admission results are publicized without objection, they will be reported to the district and county education administrative departments for examination and confirmation on June 20th, and imported into the enrollment management platform, and the admission results will be announced after examination and confirmation by the Municipal Education Bureau.
(2) Admission of special students in arts, sports and science and technology. For the first time, I will participate in the junior high school academic level examination organized by the city and the professional examination organized by the school, and then fill in my volunteers after the academic level examination results are announced. On June 20 -22, the enrollment school organized the enrollment and professional testing of special students in accordance with the approved enrollment plan for special students, and issued professional qualification certificates according to a certain proportion. On July 1 day, candidates with professional qualification certificates log on to the Zibo senior high school entrance examination enrollment management platform (), and carefully choose an enrollment school to fill in their volunteers according to their professional test scores, academic level test scores and the tips in the notification of filling in their volunteers. Before July 3, the high school enrollment school will determine the pre-admission list according to the requirements of the enrollment plan and the results of professional tests and junior high school academic level tests. After the online publicity has no objection, it shall be reported to the district and county education administrative department for examination and confirmation and submitted to the enrollment management platform, and the Municipal Education Bureau shall examine and announce the admission results.
At this stage, candidates admitted to the admissions school will no longer participate in other schools' voluntary reporting, and any other admissions school may not admit the candidates again.
Second, comprehensive admission
(1) volunteer to fill in the form. In senior high school, the form of voluntary reporting is online reporting, which is divided into two times. The first volunteering time is July 5 -6, and the solicitation time is July 13. There are two kinds of volunteer applications: the first is "3+4" counterpart training, higher vocational undergraduate and higher normal education 1 volunteer; The second category is high school, in which ordinary high schools are set up with 1 volunteer students and 3 involuntary students (3 involuntary students are parallel volunteer); Vocational education after junior high school (excluding "3+4" counterpart training for higher vocational undergraduate and higher normal education) has two parallel volunteer schools, and each voluntary school has two parallel volunteer schools for applying for majors.
Candidates are required to log on to the Zibo senior high school entrance examination enrollment management platform () and fill in their volunteers according to their wishes, application conditions and the requirements of filling in the volunteer notice. After volunteering, no one is allowed to change it at will. Candidates who choose to fill in the vocational education school volunteers after junior high school must fill in whether there is any adjustment in their major.
(2) Centralized admission. The first voluntary admission time is July 7th-12. According to the order of voluntary admission of higher vocational undergraduate and higher normal education, voluntary admission of ordinary high schools and "3+4" counterpart training of vocational education after junior high school (excluding "3+4" counterpart training of higher vocational undergraduate and higher normal education), students are selected according to the admission principle of each school. Once accepted, candidates will no longer participate in the admission of other voluntary schools.
1."3+4" counterparts are voluntarily admitted by cultivating higher vocational undergraduate courses and higher normal education. Taking the whole city as a unit, the computer will sort all eligible candidates from high to low according to their test scores, and select the best candidates. "3+4" counterpart training should be in the top 55% of the city's candidates, and the scores of non-examination subjects should be above the standard. Among them, the ranking of the scores of art candidates in the senior high school entrance examination can be relaxed to the top 75% of the city's candidates; In principle, the scores of candidates admitted to higher normal education reach 60% of the full marks in the junior high school level examination, and the admission scores can be appropriately floated, but the floating ratio generally does not exceed 10%, and they can only participate in the admission after passing the interview organized by the enrollment school.
2. Voluntary admission to ordinary high schools.
(1) Delineate the district and county filing scores. Extract the candidates' first volunteer information in the enrollment management platform, sort all the candidates who apply for ordinary high schools according to their grades in different districts and counties, and then delimit the scores of each district and county according to the enrollment plans of ordinary high schools in each district and county (excluding candidates who enroll independently in advance, special students and "3+4" counterparts to train undergraduate and higher normal education candidates).
(2) Index students plan to enroll students. The pilot project is carried out in junior high school. Candidates who meet the basic admission requirements of junior high schools above the improvement line should reach at least 5B3C and 5B3C according to the examination subjects and comprehensive quality evaluation grades, and be divided into two batches by computer, which are sorted from high to low respectively. Then, according to the wishes of the candidates, first, from the candidates whose subjects and comprehensive quality evaluation level are at least 5B3C, according to the original scores of the examination subjects, choose the preferred admission scheme from high score to low score. If there is a backup plan, subjects with HKCEE and comprehensive quality evaluation grade below 5B3C will be selected according to the original scores of the examination subjects from high to low until the plan is full. The gap between the admission scores of junior high school allocation indicators is controlled within 40 points, and the unfinished indicator student plan is turned into a non-indicator student plan.
(3) Non-index students plan to enroll students. Non-standard students plan to be carried out in districts and counties, and the admission method of parallel volunteer is implemented according to the principle of "giving priority to scores and following volunteers". After the admission of index students, the computer will divide the remaining candidates who meet the basic admission conditions above the improvement line in districts and counties into two batches according to the examination subjects and comprehensive quality evaluation grades at least below 5B3C and 5B3C, and sort them from high to low respectively. First of all, from HKCEE and the candidates with at least 5B3C scores in the comprehensive quality evaluation grade, the first, second and third choices of non-index students reported by each candidate are searched in order from high to low according to the original scores of the examination subjects. As long as one of the three schools searched is qualified, it will be accepted by the school. If there is a backup plan, candidates whose examination subjects and comprehensive quality evaluation level are below 5B3C will be searched for the first, second and third choices of non-standard students reported by each candidate from high score to low score. As long as one of the three schools found meets the requirements, it will be accepted by the school until the enrollment plan is full.
3. After graduating from junior high school, voluntarily apply for vocational education schools (excluding "3+4" counterpart training for higher vocational undergraduate and higher normal education). Admission is conducted in the whole city. According to the principle of "giving priority to scores and giving priority to volunteers", the admission method of parallel volunteer will be implemented. All candidates in the city are sorted from high to low by computer according to the admission principle of vocational education schools after junior high school. Then search each candidate's two voluntary schools in turn. As long as there are qualified schools in the two schools searched, they will file with the enrollment school, and the enrollment school will determine the admission major according to the candidates' professional application intention and the principle of score priority.
Candidates who have been admitted will no longer participate in the solicitation of volunteers.
(3) Ask for voluntary admission. The remaining enrollment plans will be announced before July 12 and 18:00, and candidates who have not been admitted to any school before will be organized to fill in their volunteers online. On July 13, students will be admitted according to the first voluntary admission procedure until the enrollment plan is full.
When the enrollment plan cannot be met above the filing line, the filing line may be appropriately lowered, but the minimum shall not be less than 85% of the filing line.
Three, about the relevant issues in the process of enrollment.
1. On the admission of candidates to private high schools. Candidates who are approved by the Municipal Education Bureau to apply for private ordinary high schools and enroll students in the whole city need to log in to the Zibo senior high school entrance examination enrollment management platform () within the specified time to fill in their volunteers. If you sign an admission agreement with the relevant school without filling in your volunteers, your admission qualification will not be confirmed. Private high schools are not allowed to enroll students beyond the plan, and they are not allowed to enroll candidates who have not filled in their volunteers through the enrollment management platform of the senior high school entrance examination.
2. About the handling of tied candidates. In the process of admission, if the scores of the test subjects are the same and exceed the enrollment plan, some candidates who exceed the test subjects and comprehensive quality evaluation results will be referred to first, and those with higher scores will be given priority. If the test subjects and comprehensive quality evaluation results are still the same, then refer to the sum of Chinese, mathematics and English scores, and those with high scores will be admitted first. Those who are still tied are admitted together.
Fourth, candidates report
Before July 14, the Municipal Education Bureau will announce the admission list of all schools through the Zibo senior high school entrance examination enrollment management platform. Ordinary senior high schools will post the admission list from July 15 to July 16, and organize candidates to fill in. Students must go through the registration formalities with the admission ticket or junior high school student status certificate and receive the admission notice. Those who fail to report within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up their admission qualification automatically. After the end of the limited registration time, the school should submit the list of candidates who failed to register on time and the corresponding candidate information base to the municipal education bureau for approval after being audited by the local district and county education administrative department. Before July 28th, the Municipal Education Bureau will go through the formalities of withdrawing files according to the list provided by each school. The enrollment plan vacated by candidates who have not registered for admission will not be replenished.
