(3) About exemption, postponement and absence.
1. Exempt from examination
(1) Students who really lose their ability to exercise due to illness or disability must hold a medical diagnosis certificate issued by a hospital at or above the county level or a disabled person's card, fill out the Application Form for Exemption from Sports for Junior High School Graduates in Jiaxing City, and the school will issue a verification opinion before they can be exempted from the test. After the examination is approved by the District Education and Sports Bureau and reported to the Municipal Education Examinations Institute, the sports scores are included in the total score of 22 points. Among them, the average score of sports is 10, and the average score of sports skill quality examination is 12. Some candidates who have lost their athletic ability but can take other types of sports skills and quality examinations must apply for full exemption.
(two) students who have achieved excellent results in various sports competitions may apply for exemption if they meet one of the following conditions:

Students who can't take the physical skill quality examination as scheduled due to injury or illness may apply for an extension of the examination and make-up examination after being examined by their school and reported to the District Education, Culture and Sports Bureau for review. Make-up exams are usually arranged on weekends or holidays about 10 days after the exam.
3. Lack of exams. Candidates who have not gone through the exemption formalities and did not take the motor skill test during the on-site examination and make-up examination shall be regarded as absent from the examination. Candidates' motor skills scores are included in the total score with 0 points, and the usual scores are still evaluated by the school.
