Twenty-second students in the compulsory education stage of household registration in this Municipality who transfer to other schools in this Municipality shall apply to the school with relevant supporting materials such as household registration and change of residence, and the school shall issue a transfer contact form to the students. Students contact the school to be transferred with the contact form, agree to transfer, and return to the original school for confirmation after signing. After being transferred out and transferred to the district/county education administrative department for examination, the transfer formalities and the change of student status information shall be handled and reported to the municipal education administrative department for the record. School acceptance is difficult, by the county education administrative departments to coordinate and solve. For transfer students, the school should arrange placement according to their original grades. If necessary, grades can be arranged according to their academic level.
Twenty-third students from other provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government moved into this city and settled in this city from abroad. If students from other provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities are studying in this city and need to transfer schools or return to compulsory education, they can refer to the implementation.
Article 22 provides for the transfer of ownership.
Twenty-ninth transfer should be made within one week before the winter and summer vacation or within one week after the start of school. Transfer procedures generally do not exceed 10 working days. Transfer students need to hand over the information and files related to their school status, and implement the principle of "going with the book".
Article 30 No transfer shall be granted under any of the following circumstances: (1) No transfer formalities shall be handled in the first semester and graduation grade of primary and secondary schools.
