First of all, look at your preliminary test results. Nanda MBA retest:

1. The total retest score is 200 points.

2. Form: group interview+individual interview+material evaluation

3. Contents and requirements:

1) group interview: 6 people randomly enter the interview room, read the assigned materials, discuss and exchange with each other, explain their views respectively, and summarize and supplement them appropriately. This link assesses the comprehensive quality of candidates.

2) Personal interview: random sampling, individuals enter the interview room. Introduce yourself in English and answer the examiner's questions in English; Extract current political topics, think and answer; State the career plan and answer the examiner's questions. This session examines the candidates' English listening and speaking, current affairs and politics, and career planning.

(Political scope of current affairs: major international and domestic current affairs and the Party's line, principles and policies in the past year)

3) Material review: The judges will review according to the re-examination application materials submitted by candidates. This link judges the candidate's cultivation potential and the completeness of the submitted materials.

4) Re-examination score composition = group interview (80 points)+personal interview (English listening and speaking 30 points+current affairs and politics 50 points+career planning 20 points)+material evaluation (20 points).

5) Re-examination qualified line: 120; Those who fail the second interview will not be admitted.

About the preparation of materials: you need resume, recommendation letter and career plan, and then combine your own work situation to dig deep into your own highlights.

Personal interview: pay attention to interview etiquette, prepare self-introduction in Chinese and English, and manage theoretical knowledge.

Leader-less group interview: observe whether students have team spirit, personal expression ability, summary ability and what role they play in the organization in the group interview.
