2. Interview considerations
(1) Physical Education Test: Candidates draw lots on the spot to determine the test order, and show the skills of the reported majors according to the draw order. Time is controlled by the examiner.
(2) Other subject examinations:
① interview time10-15 minutes, and the time is controlled by the interviewer. Interview candidates first extract the interview sequence number in the waiting room, then enter the preparation room to prepare for 30 minutes according to the extracted sequence number, and then enter the interview room to give lectures.
(2) Interview and trial lecture scope: the textbook version currently used in Dongyuan County High School (senior one textbook: compulsory physics1; Geography required course1; Biology required course1; General technology). The teaching content of a class hour in the corresponding textbook is randomly selected by the first candidate in the interview room as the trial content of the subject.
(3) Time and method of results announcement: After the interview of all candidates in the same position, they will be graded on the spot and the interview results will be announced on the same day.
(4) The interview score is calculated as "the average of the total score is calculated after removing a highest score and a lowest score".
(5) Candidates in the same position, with the same final results, shall be ranked according to the ranking of the interview judges. If the final score of the recruitment position is lower than the qualified line, it will not be hired.
