Interview is to examine a person's working ability and comprehensive quality through written, face-to-face or online communication (video and telephone). Through the interview, you can preliminarily judge whether the candidate can integrate into your team. It is a recruitment activity carefully planned by the organizer.
Interview process:
(A) interview content
The interview mainly examines the applicant's basic qualities of teachers such as professional cognition, psychological quality, appearance, verbal expression and thinking quality, as well as basic teaching skills such as teaching design, teaching implementation and teaching evaluation.

The interview takes the form of structured interview and scenario simulation, and is carried out through topics selection, lesson preparation (activity design), answering prescribed questions, trial lecture (demonstration), defense (demonstration) and grading.
(3) interview process
1. Waiting for inspection. Candidates arrive at the designated test center on time with the paper interview admission ticket and identity documents, and enter the waiting room to wait for the exam.
2. Choose a topic. According to the arrangement of test sites and the order of drawing lots, candidates enter the test room with the admission ticket, log in to the interview evaluation system, randomly select test questions from the test bank, and print the list of test questions after self-confirmation.
3. Prepare lessons (activity design). Candidates enter the lesson preparation room with the admission ticket, exam sheet and lesson preparation paper under the guidance of the invigilator to write lesson plans (or activity demonstration schemes). The preparation time is 20 minutes.
4. Answer the prescribed questions. Candidates are guided into the designated interview room by invigilators with the admission ticket, examination sheet and teaching plan (or activity demonstration plan). The interviewer randomly selected two prescribed questions from the question bank and asked the candidates to answer them. The time is about 5 minutes.
5. Trial lecture (demonstration). Candidates give a trial lecture (or demonstration) according to the prepared teaching plan (or activity demonstration scheme). Time 10 minute.
6. defense (statement) the interviewer asks questions around the content of the candidate's trial (or demonstration), and the candidate defends (statement). The time is about 5 minutes.
