Besides online booking, are there any other booking methods?

The quickest way to buy Olympic tickets is to order tickets through this website. If you can't order tickets through this website, you can choose to submit your order in person at the 1000 Bank of China outlet designated by BOCOG. No matter online or at the Bank of China outlets, each person can only submit one air ticket reservation.

When should I submit my ticket application?

The second stage of ticket sales starts from 65438+ February 2007 10 and ends on February 30, 2007. Whether you submit your reservation application on the first day or the last day of this stage, you have the same chance to get tickets.

Should we wait until the Olympic Games is near before buying tickets?

You do have a chance to buy tickets when the Olympic Games are near, but the closer you are to the Olympic Games, the less chance you have to buy tickets for the games you really want to watch or tickets with good seats.

Do I have to pay in advance when I apply for a ticket?

There is no need to pay the fare when submitting the ticket order. After ticket allocation or lottery, if your reservation is successful, BOCOG will deduct the ticket price according to the payment method and information you submitted.

Can I cancel the reservation after submitting the air ticket reservation?

Once you submit the air ticket reservation, you can't change or cancel it. If the reservation is successful, you can't apply for a refund because you made a mistake when filling in the order. Therefore, please make an adequate ticket purchase plan in advance according to the competition schedule, venue location, price and other factors, and carefully check whether all the information you have filled in is correct before formally submitting the order.

If I submit more than one ticket advance order, or book tickets for the same period on the same advance order, will my chances of getting tickets for that period increase?

No matter whether you buy tickets online or by paper order, each person can only submit one ticket reservation form, and the same event can only appear once on the same reservation form. Submitting more advance orders or filling in the same activity repeatedly will not help to improve the winning rate.

How many tickets can I buy at most?

In order to let more people have the opportunity to watch the Olympic Games on the spot and prevent the black market trading of tickets, BOCOG limited the number of tickets purchased for each specific event. If you order tickets online, the ticket purchase limit for a specific event will be marked on the relevant page.

How are the ticket prices divided?

According to the layout of seats in venues and the characteristics of competition events, due to the distance from competition venues and different viewing angles, we divide seats into different fare areas, which are distinguished by letters such as A, B and C. The fare areas are set differently in different venues and different competitions. Please pay attention to the fare when buying tickets.

How do I know if I have booked a ticket?

After the ticket allocation and lottery procedures are completed, BOCOG will notify the successful ticket purchaser by email, letter or SMS. After the ticket deduction is successful, we will send a confirmation email to the successful ticket purchaser.

Are the seats on the same ticket I applied for adjacent?

Tickets booked in the same reservation will be as close as possible in the seat allocation process, but BOCOG cannot guarantee that the tickets you booked are adjacent.

How to determine my seat position?

Because many competition venues are still under construction, we can't provide a definite seat position at the reservation stage. In the process of choosing and booking air tickets, citizens can control the general location of future seats by choosing different fare areas.

The last ticket you get will be printed with the exact seat number. Prior to this, BOCOG will not separately inform the purchaser of the specific seat number. It is impossible for the customer service department of BOCOG ticketing center to know the seat information of each ticket buyer.

When can I receive the ticket?

At least 30 days before the opening of the Olympic Games, the public can collect tickets. In order to ensure safety, the ticket will not be mailed directly to the mailing address you left, but will be picked up by the "Bank of China Sales Point designated by BOCOG" you chose when booking the ticket.

Do I need to notify BOCOG if my address or phone number changes?

Yes, in order to ensure that you can receive our important notice in time, if the above changes occur, please update your address and contact information through this website, or call the Olympic ticketing call center for advice on how to change it.

Can I book accommodation and tickets?

No, BOCOG does not provide packing, booking and accommodation services. You need to arrange your own transportation and accommodation for watching the Olympic Games.

I don't live in China. Can I book tickets here?

No, please consult the Olympic Committee of your country or region for ticket purchase.

Can my wheelchair push into the competition field?

Of course. All competition venues of the Olympic Games will be equipped with barrier-free access and other barrier-free service facilities to ensure that you can watch the games smoothly.
