Examination content
It can be divided into three parts-English listening, oral English and professional English test, in which English listening and oral English account for about 20% of the whole retest.
1. Listen
In the English listening test for postgraduate entrance examination and retest, most schools take formative test as a reference. For example: CET-6 listening, TOEFL listening and IELTS listening. When reviewing, you can do some targeted CET-6 or TOEFL listening or IELTS listening questions, listen to English news, watch English movies with clear pronunciation, and cultivate a sense of language while relaxing and enjoying.
2. Spoken English
The content and structure of oral examination are divided into two parts. Generally, two teachers take part in the oral test, and one teacher presides over the oral test, and talks with the candidates at any time and scores. Another teacher specializes in marking papers and does not participate in the conversation. The scores given by the two oral test teachers each account for 50% of the oral test scores. Part I: Test students' understanding and answering ability to daily life, family, work, study and other questions (3 minutes); Part II: Examining students' continuous expression ability. Candidates choose a topic from the topics given to you and express their opinions on this topic (3 minutes).

Examination type
1. Introduce yourself
You need to prepare a 2-3 minute English self-introduction according to your own situation, which should include personal family, study, major, work plan, etc. Among them, the content related to the major should be introduced as the focus.
2. Topic comments
Some schools will draw lots to ask candidates to elaborate on the selected topics, and make relevant comments, such as "Your views on the education system in China" and "Your views on the xx incident /xx phenomenon". This link mainly examines the ability of logical thinking. It is suggested that friends pay attention to social hot topics, and it is best to read relevant English reports.

Very few schools will take the form of multi-person re-examination, that is, two or three people will discuss and debate the same topic, mainly to examine the ability of teamwork and individual resilience.
4. Free question and answer
In some schools, teachers conduct examinations in the form of questions and answers, which may be professional or hot issues of current affairs related to majors, or they may just understand personal situations.

Key points of examination
Oral re-examination mainly examines fluency and coherence, pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar. In other words, the correct pronunciation and intonation, the accuracy and flexibility of vocabulary and grammar, the content and fluency of discourse, and the ability of interactive communication are the main points that need to be paid attention to in the whole interview.
Grading and grading of teachers:
1. Excellent (able to communicate orally in a foreign language on a specified topic with little difficulty)
2. Good (I can communicate orally in a foreign language on the designated topic, although I am a little sleepy, but it does not affect the communication)
3. Pass (be able to make simple oral communication on the designated topic in a foreign language)

Pay attention.
Don't speak too fast during the interview. Proper rhythm and tone pause help to increase the teacher's goodwill. Moreover, the voice should not be too high or too low. It should be kept moderate and the pronunciation should be as full as possible.
When answering questions, don't be silent for too long. It's best to use some modal particles, such as hmm and err, to make the interview teacher feel that you are thinking seriously. When you are not sure about the answer, you can also tell the interviewer frankly, and you must not bow your head and say nothing.
In the interview process, in addition to the use of interview language, we should also pay attention to nonverbal communication, which is the so-called body language in English. Make eye contact with the teacher when answering questions.
After the self-introduction is over, the teacher will start asking you questions. In the process of answering, we should combine our own experiences and opinions to prepare answers, so that the questions we answer can be integrated with the whole self-introduction.
In the annual interview, there will be many similar questions. These problems seem ordinary, but there are many pitfalls. If you are not careful, you will be caught by the examiner. So friends should pay special attention.
