6. 1, goodbye and preparation

6. 1. 1 The number of places in the first round of elimination should be a power of 2.

6. 1. 1.2 If the number of places is less than the number of applicants admitted, a preliminary contest will be held, so that the sum of the number of qualified people in the preliminary contest and the number of people who are exempted from participating in the preliminary contest is equal to the specified number of places.

6. 1.2 The bye positions should be arranged in the order of planting, and the first round should be evenly distributed.

6. 1.3 Players who have passed the preliminaries should be drawn into the corresponding upper and lower half as evenly as possible. 1/4, 1/8 or116.

6.2, ranked by seed.

6.2. 1 The top players should be listed as seeds so that they can meet in the following rounds.

6.2.2 The number of seeds shall not exceed that of the first round.

6. 2. 3 1 seed should be placed at the top of the upper half area, No.2 seed should be placed at the bottom of the lower half area, and the rest seeds should enter the designated positions by drawing lots, as shown below:

6.2. 1 The third and fourth seeds should be pumped into the bottom of the upper half and the top of the lower half;

6.2.3 The ninth to sixteenth seeds should be drawn into the bottom of odd 1/8 area and the top of even 1/8 area.

6.2.4 The seventeenth to thirty-second seeds should be drawn into the bottom of odd-numbered area116 and the top of even-numbered area116.

6.2.4 In the team elimination, the team with the highest ranking in each association is eligible to be classified as the seed team.

6.2.5 The seed arrangement shall be based on the latest ranking table published by ITTF, except for the following situations:

6.2.5. 1 If all the contestants (teams) who meet the seed conditions are from the association to which Tongzhou Federation belongs, the latest ranking table published by the Federation shall prevail.

If all applicants who meet the seed requirements in 6.2.5.2 are from the same association, the latest ranking table published by the association should be given priority.

6.3. Seeds nominated by the Association.

6.3. 1 Players of the same association should be separated as reasonably as possible in order to meet in the final round.

6.3.2 Each association should arrange the matching order of its athletes and doubles according to the technical level from strong to weak, and it should be consistent with the order of the seed ranking table.

6.3.3 The players ranked first and second should be drawn into different half zones, and the third and fourth players should be drawn into the other two 1/4 zones where the first and second players are not in the association.

6.3.4 Players ranked fifth to eighth should be drawn into the 1/8 area without the top four players as evenly as possible.

6.3.5 Players ranked ninth to sixteenth should be drawn into the116 area without the top eight players as evenly as possible, and so on until all registered players are in proper positions.

6.3.6 Pairing of men's doubles or women's doubles composed of players from different associations shall be regarded as belonging to the players' association with higher ranking in the world ranking table; If the world rankings of two players are unknown, they should be regarded as belonging to the association of players with higher rankings in the corresponding state league; If both players are not in the above ranking table, they should be regarded as belonging to the association with higher ranking in the world team competition ranking table.

6.3.7 Mixed doubles composed of players from different associations shall be regarded as belonging to the men's association.

6.3.8 In the preliminaries, no more than the number of players in the preliminaries of the same association shall be drawn into different groups, and the players who pass the preliminaries shall be separated as reasonably as possible according to the principles mentioned in 6.3~6.5.

6.3.9 The Association may nominate athletes to participate in any individual competition that it is qualified to participate in within its authority; However, athletes who are qualified to represent other associations have the right to accept nominations from that association.

6.4. Change the lottery ticket

6.4. 1 Only with the authorization of the Competition Management Committee can the lottery that has ended be changed, and if circumstances permit, the consent of the representatives of the associations directly related to it must be obtained.

6.4.2 Only when the mistakes and misunderstandings caused by notification and acceptance of registration are corrected, the serious imbalance mentioned in 6.5 is corrected, or the athletes mentioned in 6.6 make up the report, can the lottery be changed.

6.4.3 After the competition of an event starts, the lottery results can't be changed except necessary deletion, but the preliminaries can be regarded as separate events.

6.4.4 Without the permission of the athletes concerned, they shall not be removed from the lottery unless they have been disqualified; If the athlete is present, the permission shall be put forward by the athlete himself or by his authorized representative if the athlete is absent.

6.4.5 If both doubles players have arrived at the venue and their health condition allows them to compete, their pairing shall not be changed; The reason for changing the game must be that one of the athletes is injured, sick or absent.

6.5. Draw lots again

6.5. 1 Except in the cases of Articles 6.4.2, 6.4.5 and 6.5.2, athletes are not allowed to move from one position to another in the lottery. If the lottery result is extremely unbalanced for any reason, the lottery should be re-drawn as much as possible.

6.5.2 If the imbalance is caused by the absence of several seed players in the same lottery area, the remaining seeds can only be reordered, and the lottery can be conducted again within the seed range, and the seed arrangement regulations nominated by the Association should be considered as much as possible.

6.6, supplement

6.6. 1 Athletes who are not included in a certain sport at the time of drawing lots may be supplemented with the permission of the Competition Management Committee and the consent of the referee.

6.6.2 First, according to the ranking order, draw the strongest supplementary athletes into the seed position vacancy; Then, the extra players will be drawn into the vacancy caused by absence or disqualification, and then drawn into the bye position which is not adjacent to the seed position.

6.6.3 If an athlete or doubles pair can enter the original lottery as seeds according to the ranking, only the vacancy of the seed position can be drawn.
